Aged in Starward Nova whisky barrels for 8 months with the addition of Cacao & Vanilla

Subtle whisky aroma with strong dark chocolate undertones. Low/medium whisky on the palette with a slight sweetness from the vanilla and rich chocolate flavour from the cacao. Low tobacco and spice with a complimentary barrel flavour. Low fruits and low yeast esters. Nice tan head, medium carbonation and medium body.
