The Ripple Effect RIPA 5.8% (Pink boots Collab!)
This beer was brewed to celebrate all the awesome women & non-binary people who work in our industry.

We have teamed up again this year with Pink Boots Society, a community that supports women & non-binary people in fermentable industries. They provide educational scholarships, opportunities to participate in brew days, and access to a network of people to support them through their career. I chose to use the Pink Boots hop blend as a way of giving back to a group that has been instrumental in getting me to where I am today in my brewing career.
The beer features a variety of specialty malts to provide the red colour; these are used in amounts that don't add any bitterness or astringency to the final product. I used the Pink Boots hop blend in the dry hop to get the most out of the hops' flavour and aromas. The final product is a beautiful red-coloured IPA that will appeal to anyone who loves IPAs & red ales. It is also perfect for the current climate!
